We left the KOA and traveled along I84 until we got to The Dalles, WA where we crossed the Columbia River and entered Washington state again. Our route continued along the river on WA14, the Lewis and Clark Trail. This valley has a ton of vineyard and wineries. The most well know are probably Maryhill and Chateau Set. Michele. Sorry, still at the limit, no pictures. Waking up this morning it was sunny and it looked so warm... it would seem that we are still pulling the good weather along with us. Leaving from 30 miles before Portland, where the trees are green, the grass is lush and the trees are in bloom...we got side tracked getting gas and groceries in town.
