In the morning, we woke up, broke camp, and headed to the Wilson Creek area of Pisgah National Forest. We parked along a Forest Road 464 at the trailhead for North Harper Creek Falls Trail (239) and Little Lost Cove Cliffs Trail (271A). We first headed down 239 down a gentle slope through the forest for about a mile before turning left and going down a steep section to the top of Chestnut Cove Branch Falls. Oct 28, 2009 - A close brush with a 5th Wheel trailer

Today I have a video clip that I would like to show. I happened to be shooting video (rare for me) as we wound down a narrow little twisting road in the Pisga National Park (just south of the Great Smokey Mountains) when a huge fifth wheel came around a sharp bend towards us and we had nowhere to go. The fifth wheel was over the line into our side of the road, and Bruce had to squeeze off towards the rocks on our side.
