Feb 25, 2012 - It's Been Awhile
Well, it's been quite a while since I've written here. So much has happened in the past two years. Our family has shrunk by one daughter inlaw and three grandchildren, we've gained a son inlaw and added a granddaughter. Life is an adventure I've always said... After we returned from our trip of the western states we remained east of the Mississippi, traveling to and from Travel Resorts, Coast to Coast and Thousand Trails campgrounds. I began writing for an online magazine on Outdoor Recreation in the vein of Full Time Rving and RV Culture....

Nov 12, 2009 - Finally in North Carolina
After spending the summer in Gettysburg PA we're finally ready to travel south for a while to escape the really cold weather of Eastern Pennsylvania. Our last week in Gettysburg was spent saying bye to friends, new and old, sharing a farewell bottle of wine and homemade Cherry Pudding Cake by one last campfire. Until next year facebook will be our meeting place, for keeping in touch and sharing pictures and travel destinations. We rolled out of Gettysburg the weekend of their big Halloween celebration. Site 136 Sycamore Travel Resorts Travel Resorts of America Okay, so you know when you just don't have good sense, and you do something that sounds like a great idea, but when you figure out what's going on, you would have done something a little different? May 9, 2008 - Arrived Sycamore Lodge Resort
We got here about 4:45 PM and went to the office to check in. We got a nice site (Site # 15). It is in the upper left corner of the main campground area. Not the area with less sites at the very top left. Look on the site map to see where we are. If you look real close and zoom in, at the site map, you can see Bernadette in front of the camp site. If your eyes are old and your eyes are not what they used to be, there is another picture.
