Goose Creek was another surprising spot, and a type of living very familiar, yet very new to us. This park, though it had several spots for transients like us, was primarily an RV subdivision. Hundreds of small trailers and 'park models' are obviously permanent fixtures in this lovely spot. I've never seen anything like it, and neither has Larry. Mar 27, 2011 - Connecting with special friends

Our weekend with Billy and his wife, Dianne, was everything we had hoped it would be. 35+ years have not changed Billy at all. He has that same warm personality and southern charm that we remember. This was the first time we met Dianne, and she is lovely, is equally warm, and has a wonderful sense of humor. We spent time reminiscing about our time in Belgium. Apr 16, 2010 - NC-TENN trip

Departed from Bath, headed south on 1st daY STOPPING North west of Harrisburg, staying at Ferryboat campsite. Day 2 on April 17th continued south towards North Carolina,with a stop at the Cat closet in Fredricksburg VA, ended up spending Sat.night at a Cracker Barrel, in their parking lot. Sunday morning had breakfast at Cracker Barrel, and continue South Day 3 Sunday April18, arrived at campsite on Emerald Isle , NC. A beautiful site next to the Ocean. Day 4 Visited Aunt Jean & Uncle Chuck at their home at Pine Knolls shore.
