FROM DISTAFF SIDE: Relaxing day here in Freeport. Herta's granddaughter Karin brought in lunch for us from Long Island Bagel Cafe. It was delicious! Karin arrived a few days ago from her current home in the San Francisco area. A very nice young lady that will be celebrating her 24th birthday on Monday.

FROM THE DISTAFF SIDE: Robert and his dad went on a boat tour of The 1000 Islands in the Saint Lawrence Seaway. Jun 28, 2007 - Back To the U.S.

Thursday, June 28th, we are heading back to the U.S. Hi again to everyone. We left the Milton Heights Campground in Ontario on Monday, June 25th. We headed northeast on Canadian highway 401 at a crawl. We traveled the 60 miles to Toronto in heavy rush hour traffic. Once we got through Toronto the traffic got much lighter and we were able to travel at the speed limit which is 100 kilometers per Hour (about 63-64 mph). When we got to the 1000 Island area we left Canada by the bridge to Wellesley Island and I-81 which is on the New York side...
