Aug 27, 2010 - Our time in New York has ended

After returning home from Long Beach Island and taking a quick shower, we went to a "lamb" dinner at Marc and Kathy Jaime's home in Liverpool. Tom and Laura Tucci, Pete, and Bill, joined us. The food was great and the company wonderful. Our next couple of days were spent doing errands. We may be living in an RV but we still have the "normal" day to day stuff to do, like laundry and haircuts. Tuesday, we did have dinner with Marc and Kathy Jamie again at a restaurant in Cazenovia. They are hoping to visit us in Florida in December. Hope it...

Aug 15, 2010 - More Sun and Fun with Family and Friends

The weather has been great and we have been able to spend quite a bit of time at the lake. Thanks to everyone who has joined us. Because of this we are seriously considering having a new driveway put in and an RV pad with water, electric, and sewage. We have a quote coming in and hope it fits our budget. Since we are only here for 6 weeks this summer, we didn't get our normal site. It was given to someone who paid for the season. Can't really blame the owner for moving us. However, we were given a site right on the exit road next to the playground area and it really wasn't meant for more than...

May 31, 2008 - We have a new HOME !!!

We have our new home and are making Cedar Valley Campsite in Morrisville, NY our homebase for the next four months. Our home is beautiful and we love it. It is longer than our "training wheels" and has four slides instead of one. The owner of the campground backed it into our site and we are in the process of making the area our own. Another advantage to being near Morrisville is that Clairese's lake property is only 8 miles over the hill. The amount of rent we pay to the campground was so reasonable, Clairese couldn't justify the money it...
