Jan 11, 2014 - Wash Out

When we left Green Acres this morning the weather was warm and cloudy. As we drove down I95 we started to pick up some light rain on and off. After passing by Savannah, I decided to head inland to US 301 again to get away from the trucks. Everything was fine until after we stopped for lunch in Hinesville, GA. The heavens opened up and it rained as hard as I’ve ever seen it for the next 3 hours. Several places along US 301 the roadway was flooded. Once again, it's the stuff you don't worry about that gets you. Bad luck but good timing for the flat as our...
