Jun 25, 2014 - A vist to see Noelle

I planned a week visit to see our son, daughter-in-law and of course our beautiful granddaughter Noelle. Donna at the spur of the moment decided to drive down with her daughter Bethany. I had already bought plane tickets, so I flew and arrived there on Tuesday and Donna and Bethany drove down and met up with us on Thursday for for the remainder of my trip. We did all kinds of things as you will see in some of the photos.

Mar 15, 2014 - Noelle's first real visit to the Beach

Sarah got Noelle her first 0-3 month size swimming suit. We dressed her up and put baby sun block on her and off to the beach we went. She was not happy at first but soon liked it. Got sand on her toes and we found an area when the tide went out left water and that water was very warm so we put Noelle in that water. The ocean would of been to cold for her yet.

Jan 17, 2014 - A morning visit

Decided to go over early rather than later to help Sarah with the baby. She wanted to get something to eat and take her shower so I went early. It worked out better since Steve has been getting home at a decent hour. Between 4 and 6pm. So I arrived at 10:20am and left at 1:30pm that will break her day up a little better than having a very long morning. I am going to miss helping her soon when we have to leave to go do our Missionary Assignment in Bonafay, FL.

North on I-95 with weather threatening...we were hoping we could make it to Daytona before it rained, but we did even better. Didn't make our target of the Florida Welcome Center north of Jax, but made 200 miles. Pat, I mean Ivory had to post grades so we decided to stop at a rest center for the night. We've already met the MH owners on either side of us who are also planning to spend the...

Apr 17, 2011 - Palm Coast, Fl

Okay, now we were up before the rooster crows! We had a wake up call for 5 am, so that we could shower and grab our last meal onboard before we walked the plank at 6:20 am. Wtf? We both woke up at 3 am, and couldn’t get back to sleep. The sun was not even up yet in Fort Lauderdale when we caught our taxi to the hotel where our bikes were. Anyhow, we finally loaded up our bikes and drove off down the road, heading North. We stopped for coffee around 8 am, and it felt like we had been on the road for hours. We rode on Hwy 1, passing through...
