Sep 18, 2012 - The Last Hurrah of "Foodie" Week!

Today marked our last outing before Randy and Konnie headed back home. We thought it would be fun to stop by a few more places near Yountville to enjoy our only wine tasting the entire week as well as stop by Grgich (pronounced ‘grrrr-gitch’) Hills Estate on our way to Bistro Bouchon. Owner-chef Thomas Keller has become a celebrity, and many flock here to enjoy his culinary...

Mustards Grill is owned by Chef Cindy Pawlcyn who opened the restaurant in 1983 and named it after the fields of mustard covering the hills of Napa in the spring of the year. The restaurant has been...

Today was another cloudy, rainy and dismal day, but we made the best of it. We continued our journey throughout Napa and Sonoma Valleys' wine country and Keith humored me by taking me to several beautiful wineries for my wine tasting and exploration of some incredible venues. I know he enjoyed the outstanding scenery and the snacks and dips offered by the various wineries. His pictures are terrific! Have a look!!
