Jun 24, 2017 - CA-Vista-AntiqueGas&SteamEngineMuseum

When we visited it was their semi-annual show. We watched a parade with lots of old and some not so old gas & steam driven vehicles. We enjoyed walking around and see all the exhibits, there was so much to see you would have to spend at least three days exploring if you wanted to see all the various exhibits. The Antique Gas & Steam Engine Museum has many exhibits 1. Oct 5, 2016 - Vista CA - Judy Biber

We drove to Vista, I (Michael) was raised in Vista from the 4th grade through high school. I have know Judy since the fourth grade. Judy lost her husband Brian to Liver disease caused by Agent Orange during the Vietnam war. He fought a long battle after almost 15 years fighting his disease. If the government had admitted that Agent Orange was causing cancer in those fighting in Vietnam when the issue was raised, there is a possibility that Brian would still be alive today. Please keep Judy in your prayers, she has been through a lot and is...

I played racquetball with Tom Segee in the late 70s and accepted a position to work for him at The Associates in 1979. We have kept in touch over the years. He and his wife, Susan live in a beautiful home high in the hills above San Clemente. On our way to the Segees we stopped briefly at Capistrano Beach for a little beach walking. The weather was great and we walked awhile on the bike path (Arnie was not permitted on the...

Jan 29, 2010 - Vista CA Presseys; Biking the Beach; More Family

CATCHING UP WITH JIM'S COUSINS: We could hardly believe Jim's cousin Mark Pressey when he said they had room for our RV at their home in Vista, CA (near Oceanside)--and were amazed at their charming 1930's farmhouse and "oasis" in the city as well as the story about how they ended up there. Mark works in Newport Beach, but wife Beth grew up in the area. When Mark's interest in the Pressey family led him to a reunion of Presseys, he met someone with his same name and learned they were looking for someone to rent their mother's home at very...

Nov 6, 2007 - Afton Oklahoma to Home

Hello from Vista California! Yes, we arrived home on Friday November 2nd. Sorry there are no photo's this time since we are back to dial-up at home. We left Afton, Oklahoma, after staying at another Coast to Coast park called Pelicon Landing right on the shores of Grand Lake O' The Cherokees. You know the season is over when there are only three campers in the campground. We headed down highway 69 toward San Antonio, Texas, but the highway was really rough and we decided it wasn't worth the hours of being tossed around. When we hit Highway...
