Greetings from Naval Weapons Station China Lake! Our first journal will be a short update on our lives since our last trip. As many of you knew, we left Florida earlier than anticipated because of my dad’s hospitalization. He was very ill and we felt it best we get back to California as soon as possible. May 16, 2017 - We arrived!

Hurrah, we made it to Ontario, CA to begin our Run for the Wall! We left home at 6:00 am and arrived here about 12:15. Everyone was super friendly and gave lots of hugs. After Sam told the guy that we were from the Modesto Elks...

Their olive groves are in central California and picked when they are a cherry-red color. They are picked by hand and dropped into felt lined buckets to keep them from bruising. They are then shipped to...

Day 4 Wednesday, 16th April 2008 Ontario LA (19 E15)Problem # 2 , this morning - there was so much water pressure in the camp that it blew the shower fitting off the hose in the shower, but Steve managed to fix this quite easily.
