Today we left the Jackson Rancheria and the few rally friends that were still there and headed North to Magalia. We spent a few hours with cousins Mike and Constance in the beautiful forested community of Magalia. We visited thier home, had a super dinner at a GREAT Thai place called "Sophia's (I think" and took a drive around the village of 18000. The town is full of lots of Gold History from the California Gold Rush days. In 1854 a 54 # gold nugget was found near there.. Would like to stumble onto something like that now!!!
