We drove a couple of hours to Lake Elsinore on January 2 to spend a few days at Lake Park RV, waiting for the final RV part to get in. The company, in Indiana, was closed for the holidays; then the midwest snowstorm delayed shipping. So we wait. No snow here but it's affecting us! The Lake Elsinore of Lake Elsinore is very low of water. What a severe drought is happening here! The hills generally are green this time of year, now are very dry and brittle. Dec 14, 2013 - Chino & San Diego CA

From several RV dealers we got recommendations for a service center that could do heavy duty chassis work. We needed new shocks and a few other things taken care of. Several mentioned McBride's in Chino, CA, so we got in touch with them and they could fit us in. So, that was our next stop. (December 14, 2013) They set us up in a corner near a field at the back of their work-yard. If we didn't turn around it was a nice little spot. Dec 31, 2007 - Happy New Year!

Hey, people. Thought we'd wish you all a Happy New Year now, since you'll get there before we will. Our current location is Chino, CA, in a very nice park called Prado in San Bernardino County. We will hang out here for a couple of days to finish out the holidays. (The park we just left, Rancho Jarupa, is about 16 miles from here, but we've already stayed the limit there, so we had to move).
