Drove from Valdez in fog and rain - another "lovely" day. By the time we got into the mountains, though, the weather started to clear and by the time we reached Copper Center, around 3:30, it was a lovely day. A little windy but sunny and cool. We stayed at the Klutina River (Klutina River Salmon Charters) and overlooked the Klutina River, a wild, silty, aqua colored river. Jun 30, 2006 - Glenallen, Alaska

June 30, 2006 We left Anchorage RV Park, Anchorage, AK, at 8:30 a.m. and bought gas for the motor home before we left Anchorage. We passed lots of RVs on our way. Some were in a caravan. We got to Northern Nights RV Campground in Glennallen, AK about 1:00 p.m. We ate lunch. Dave unhooked the Tracker and we drove to Cross Road Medical Center in Glennallen to deliver CARE packages we brought from Mr. and Mrs. Griffin, Eustis, FL for their daughter and family, Carlo and Heather Gentleman.
