This morning we walked up a glen, and some of the group went up to the Bone Caves. I only made it about halfway up the glen and managed to sprain my ankle on the loose rocks so now my good leg is actually my bad leg. Clumsy! I stopped by a small pool of water that is a spring of mineral water where one of the creeks began. I filled up my water bottle and enjoyed water straight from the source. May 1, 2004 - Edinburgh/Caol Acain (The Isle of Skye)

My next Haggis tour started this morning at 8:30. The tour coming up was also with Haggis, but this morning you could definitely see that it was a Scottish company. Our trip up through England and Wales had had 13 passengers on one bus and the tours leaving Edinburgh this morning included five buses. Susan and Brad had decided to join me and Pete, our driver/guide through England and Wales, was going to be our driver (our guide hasn't passed his driving test yet) for Scotland as well.
