Jul 29, 2010 - My Final entry - an adventurous trip home!

Well, I thought that I was done - signed off - heading home. Well I am now home, but there are still things to share!! Amazing! So not even 15 minutes after my last entry, we (Mairi & Roy, Lisa and Craig and Jeff and I) were sitting around chatting, having a pint when Joey the cat came in to visit. He was so kind he thought he'd bring us a good bye gift - a live mouse. OMG I have never had so much fun trying to catch a mouse in my life! He was a quick one, our little mousey - and then he managed to jam himself up inside the radiator. So...

Jul 19, 2010 - A Kerr family day

What a day - Jeff and I woke up - just the two of us in the house. strange.... The boys came home from their sleepover at around 2 - so we walked into town and did the family thing for the day. Lunch at the pub, ice cream at Orlandi's (which apparently is the BEST ice cream in the WORLD... The a BBQ at Drew's...It was a good day.

Jul 15, 2010 - A Take it easy day.

Well today we had a nice relaxing down day. We watched the golf from the comfort of a warm couch. We made our family British Open pool, went downtown to the bookie and made our bets (took pictures....), did a little tour of Alloa and Sauchie and tried to figure out the lay of the land. Last night we were up late playing cards and drinking, so today was a nice quiet day. In the afternoon we opted to take the boys swimming at the local pool. They had a big inflatable "Wipeout" kind of obstacle course in the middle of it that the kids loved....

Jul 13, 2010 - I'm a very happy girl....

OMG, we went for a drive today (a 2 hour drive there, 2 hours back). We drove out to check out the lay of the land at St Andrews... Man, what gorgeous country!! We saw our first sheep (took pictures), saw towns I can't pronounce, (Welcome to Auchtermuchtie!) and got lost in Cupar to my absolute delight. We ate in a hole in the wall pub, saw the ocean from St. Andrews and took about a hundred pictures of ruins and houses and scenery. Once I figure out how to load them on here I'll do it. I held hands with my husband more today than I have in...
