Jun 22, 2015 - First walk along the Anglesey coast

We woke up to a beautiful day but windy so we put on our walking boots and headed to the nearby village of Moelfre on the coast to pick up the coastal path. Tony already spotted there was a lovely tea shop in the village for our return. The Anglesey coast has been designated as an “Area of outstanding natural beauty” and our walk along the coastal path confirmed that. Jun 21, 2015 - Move onto the Isle of Anglesey

After an excellent concert on Saturday night of the Côr y Penrhyn male voice choir and the famous Black Dyke Band we moved base by just 40 miles onto the Isle of Anglesey for a week crossing the Menai Straits. Our campground on the island was lovely with huge pitches which could easily take our "big rig".
