If you've ever wondered where the Cliffs of Dover meet Land's End, well, Woolacombe Bay comes close. The cliffs along the seaside are rugged with spires of granite and flocks of seagulls. In the secluded bay lies the town of Woolacombe, a quaint place full of kids and ice cream and fish n'chips. The beach is crowded with holiday-goer's and surfers (one of the only places you *can* surf). It is beautiful; exactly how I pictured the coastline of England.
