Apr 9, 2014 - On to Beverley

Wednesday April 9 We had breakfast with Rob and Andrina with Welsh bacon from Dewi James (the butcher in Llechryd, Wales) which they had bought last week on a recent holiday trip. RTW1

Apr 22, 2008 - Driffield, Yorkshire

Today began with a drive around Lake Coniston to Holker Hall where we toured the house and garden. Later, we visited Levens Hall, famous for its topiary garden. We began our long trip to the east by driving over the Yorkshire Dales and across the lower end of the North York Moors ending up at Life Hill Farm B&B near Sledmere. We had an evening meal at the Triton Inn -- a pub just up the road.
