An early rise to be ready for our explorer “bus” to take us to Ucagiz (very difficult to pronounce) or Kekova in Greek. The drive was 45 min over mountains and through valleys with again greenhouses filled with tomatoes, lilies and eggplants. We arrived in Ucagiz which is a small village on the sea. It is quite an attraction for tourists because of the “sunken city” off the coast. We got into our kayaks with beautiful sunshine and calm water. May 8, 2008 - Üçagız, Turkey

Next stop Kas… a little harbour town on the southern coast of Turkey. It is definitely a tourist town but lucky for us it ıs before peak season so the town wasn’t busy at all. Strolled around town to check out a dew of the tombs in he mountains and then checked out another outdoor theatre which is still intact. This one had a great view of the Mediterannean. Fay & Reg... I know you will appreciate it when I say this is the ABT tour... Another bloody tomb! Loving it though... Then off to Uragız which was until recently an unspoilt Turkish...
