Day 48: We went for Yoga in the end. It was very very fun because me and Rachel were truely awful at it, particually at anything that involved balancing. After 2 hours of being bent into wierd shapes we were told we should drink some coconut juice, so did and went to a bbq on the beach that we had noticed the previous night. Ordered prawns and A prawn showed up. A single prawn. for 3pounds we were no best pleased. Then began the storm! It was amazing! A sudden downpour of proper heavy rain and lightning which continued all night! First rain...

Aug 27, 2008 - Episode 17: The hills have eyes

Our hill top hut will set the scene of this entry. A 15 minute, heart pounding journey up hill, whilst less strenuous on a mobed, is relaively risky in gripless shoes. There we formed a small village of bungalows. Ours, the previously described viewing point, with outdoor shower and the potential to stand on a rock looking out to sea naked, if you so wished. The girls, emma and ella, inhabiting a slightly hotter version down the hill and the boys from manchester, had a batchelor pad room, with pool table and social venue. Our world revolved...

May 16, 2008 - Nangyuan /Koh Toh Snorkeling Adventureā€

Wow! What a great trip to the islands...it keeps getting better! I would highly recommend divers to visit this area. (Koh Toh and KohNangyuan) It is supposed to be the best diving spot in Thailand...and, I believe it. It would also be great to learn scuba here. They offer certification classes, with food and accomadations for 9000 baht...approx 300usd. This morning was a bit rushed and choatic...nothing out of the norm for us. Our driver picked us up from the hotel a little bit late to get us to the catamaran speed boat by 8:30. It just so...
