Sep 21, 2014 - Marco's birthday

Today we enjoyed another family day celebrating Marco's 42nd birthday. It started off at 10am with Aunt Sjaan (Frank's god mother), who is 84, coming over with her daughter Gofi. Unfortunately Aunt To (the other sister from Frank's late dad) was not feeling well and was unable to come over. Marco and Sylvia also came and we all enjoyed the various coffee and cakes and lunch. When we returned, Tom and Luke had been able to set...

Sep 14, 2014 - In Waalwijk

Yesterday (13 sep) we arrived safely and caught the train from the airport to Breda. Marco and Sylvia (Frank's brother and sister in law) met us at the train station and we went back to Sylvia's parents for "coffee and cake". Myrthe (M & S 4 year old daughter) was very shy to meet us. We were here 4.5 years ago for her christening. So she really only know is from photos and the occasional skype. We then drove to Waalwijk to Frank's mother's house for more "coffee and cake"! She was very happy to see us. This weekend in Waalwijk they have a...
