One morning I walked into the dining room of the retreat at the Banjara Retreat and met Rahool. He had traveled up from Delhi and arrived in the middle of the night. He was headed to Sangla, another retreat in the Banajara Orchard Family. He asked me if I wanted to go and about 30 mins later we were in his jeep on our way to Sangla. May 7, 2010 - Sangla Valley is a dream

We have just spent the last five days in the most beautiful valley we have seen so far, Sangla Valley. The Baspa River runs down the middle of this valley with huge mountains on either side. The valley is full of fruit trees and other crops. We spent one night in the town of Sangla, then headed up the valley to Chitkul where we spent three days. Aug 30, 2005 - Dharamsala/ Mcleod Ganj, India

Well about the meditating.....Dan left yesterday and returned to the hotel where Sam was staying. Something about legs not bending, I can't sit for hours at a time doing nothing. Do they have a meditation for people with ADD? Anyway, bye Ben and Amit we will see you back in Delhi. We are off to Dehi then Jaipur tomorrow night.
