Jun 27, 2006 - A Copa do mundo eh nossa!
Chegamos em Frankfurt no clima da copa. Brasileiros por todos os lado do nosso avião e no aeroporto. Todos felizes, confiantes e cobertos dos pés a cabeça com as nossas cores. Arriving at 6 am, we were picked up by Laci, after scooting around Essen in the morning, taking care of our reservation for the train to Paris, and after a hearty meal, we are...Jump to full entry
May 6, 2005 - Münster, Germany
Today we took the train from Frankfurt, Germany to Münster to stay with Ray's friend, Ira, and her boyfriend, Gregor. The train ride was about four hours, and quite nice. Ira and Gregor welcomed us with open arms, and we are so grateful for that. Munster is a beautiful small town and Ira and Gregor guided us through all the city sites. We were lucky enough to be in Münster during a town festival. Thousands of college students fled to the streets and town center which were filled with bar tents and live bands.Jump to full entry
