Day 49 - Pictou, Nova Scotia Left the campground around eight. Traveled 100 miles before we stopped for our coffee and roll at Port Hawkesbury, at yet another Tim Hortons. We had lots of rough highway this morning so everything got rearranged on our shelves. Got into Antigonish around noon and had to fill up with diesel and thought we would visit Wal-Mart. Jul 28, 2006 - North Nova Scotia

Thursday, July 20th before we packed up the trailer, we went back into Lunenburg to the art studio to buy the picture we wanted but she was still closed so we were really disappointed. The only good thing about it was there was a farmer's market going on in the town square so we got some fresh vegetables. We stopped in Mahone Bay at the Internet Cafe and had a cup of coffee while we sent the journal entry and uploaded our emails. Aug 3, 2005 - Wood Island Ferry to Nova Scotia...drive to Baddeck, Cape Breton Is, NS

August 3, 2005 (Wednesday) We were sad to leave PEI (see photos) but we knew we had to get going. We will definitely come back to PEI (I hope many times.) As we left, Art pulled off the road just down from Pine Hills Campground so that I could hop out and grab a bag of PEI potatoes (5 lbs for $3.00.)
