Sun., July 1st – Unlike yesterday, it was a very different day for chasing rainbows…oops, I mean icebergs! The skies were clear and a new mammoth iceberg landed at the Lightkeeper’s Café where we had lunch again after touring the little villages of Raleigh and Cape Onion. Fri., June 29th – It was a cold, rainy, day of traveling north over the many potholes of Newfoundland roads to our northern most destination at Viking RV in Quirpon, NL. Sat., June 30th – We visited L’Anse aux Meadows National Historic Site – the only authenticated Viking site in North America and the earliest evidence of Europeans in North America.
