It is Wednesday, hump day, in NB and open to new experiences. Today we were on the Acadian Drive which is highways 8 and 11 along the east coast. Henry and Diane spend their summers at an rv park at Gagnon Beach near Shediac. The beaches are pretty deserted this time of year so Henry had no problem making a sand angel. An above average temperature fall day and the largest lobster anywhere. The only lobster we like! Another great day....

Oct 3, 2017 - Hopewell Rocks, NB

Finally, we are exploring New Brunswick. We are in Dieppe which is a city next door to Moncton and home to Diane and Henry. Diane and Henry are snowbird friends from Mesa, AZ and wonderful hosts! Our rv is parked in their driveway and they are saving us from the cold for a few days. Today Henry played chauffeur and our first attraction was Magnetic Hill. We did spend time on the hill in 2007 and it still held the same appeal. This natural phenomenon is known as a gravity hill. Is it not magical or magnetic. No, it is a unique optical...

Jul 27, 2009 - Dieppe

We head back across the border to New Brunswick to spend the night at a campsite outside Dieppe. It is novel here to find rail road tracks across the highway (Could you imagine the caos it would cause to have to wait on the M40 whilst a train crossed over the motorway!!).Here we go swimming again before settling down for the night at the fire side.
