Monday, July 29, 2013 Weather: Rain in the morning, sunny & clear in afternoon; thunderstorm early evening Temp: Upper 40’s & low 50’s It was just a bit difficult this morning not to make a lot of noise as we packed up in the drizzle. Our “loud” neighbors were sleeping in (if you can imagine that!!). We had a quick breakfast under the “tailgate” of the back of the Tahoe to escape the rain and then we drove into Banff to look around. Oct 3, 2008 - A Drive through the Area

We decided to take things easy, in the morning we got caught up on our laundry. Once finished we headed down a side road to the SE of Ft Steele. After driving for about 20 kilometres we came upon a Provincial Park by the name of Nubury Lake. The park was for day use only and featured a small crystal clear lake with a number of picnic tables. After a brief stroll around the park we then proceeded on our way. The next stop was the Bull River Fish Hatchery where we stopped for a quick tour.
