July 22, 2016 We all awoke this morning with very fond memories of our night at Camp Bolduc complete with roaring campfire! Most of us had a wonderful breakfast of French toast and bagels/cream cheese/leftover salmon. Bob was so caught up in trying to figure out a ferry configuration that would eliminate the 1,100 mile drive that he barely ate at all. After Janice fed us a great breakfast we took off so that she would not be too late for work. Dingy [our GPS] got us onto I-405 headed north. Using the diamond lane it was clear sailing. We merged with I-5 and continued north to Bellingham. At that point I made a fateful choice – I elected to head for Sumas to cross into Canada.
