Day 9, Leah: We were originally planning to drive to Tofino and back today, but after looking at the driving time and considering that it is a long weekend, we decided to have a more low-key day instead. We had a great breakfast with Auntie Karen, then eventually got moving and went into Courtney. Keith had called Horne Lake Caves and booked us in for a four hour cave tour for tomorrow so we needed to get some “disposable” clothing. Day 8, Keith: I started the day off with getting up and finding Chris in his shop watching videos. It seems that he did not want to miss us leaving so he stayed up all night. Chris introduced me to some of the strangest comedy I’ve ever seen, it made me laugh so hard that I swear I could have pissed myself. We went for a walk to the local market and coffee shop as Chris had run out of coffee. Man, that is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had.
