April 8 We left Conrad for the Border At 08:15, and of course you never know what to expect. We arrived about 09:30, and the line ups are starting(this is our first time here and it seems popular with RV'ers). We cleared customs by 10:10 with no real issues. July 2, 2009 Today's scenery was much better with more coolees, hills, and cattle roaming. We took a tour to the Blackfoot Interpretive Centre 2kms south of Cluny. It is a brand new facility depicting the life then and now of the Blackfoot Nation. They had their own coal mines. They wouldn't trade furs with the white traders but instead they provided the pemmican and buffalo hides. The Blackfoot didn't seem to mind the missionaries, residential schools or the fur traders.
