Saturday 30 September 2017 Plenty of neighbour noise for the first time on our travels, and not from kids either! The parks have been exceptionally quiet, which has been good. Decided to have a day out today and set off just after 9am. Has been a lovely day travelling the tourist roads, firstly to Bright via Myrtleford. These little towns were buzzing with tourists. Sep 29, 2017 - Gundagai to Yackandandah

Friday 29 September 2017 No definite plans when we left Gundagai today, except we would trek along the Murray. As we drove the round trip yesterday to Tumut, we knew which was the better way with the van! Turned off just before Tumut and headed for our first stop at Tumbarumba. Once again, had a very helpful lady at the info centre who is very passionate about Tumbarumba and told us what to look at in the main street. Oct 23, 2016 - Yackandandah

23rd October – Beechworth and Yackandandah… We took the opportunity while the weather is fine to do some washing then went for a drive around the Beechworth Gorge. Its very scenic and thankfully a one way road. There is a nice granite bridge described at the best bridge in the colonies and it is rather nice, no mortar all held together by gravity. In the picture there is a channel cut into the rock and this is actually a water race for a mill that stood here… Then on to Yack. A small town but obviously with upmarket eateries, we had to...
