17/11/2018. Saturday. Hot and sunny Coomealla to Nyah, Vic. After spending a week in the Mildura area, we followed the Murray River to Euston where we drove down to the river and wandered on cultivated green lawns beside the hotel. It’s very pretty there, with a lovely cool breeze. It’s lovely to see so much water in the Murray. There were more caravans, boats and cars on the road in a short space than we’ve seen since we started the trip - probably heading off for the weekend. Dec 2, 2013 - Hopetoun - Nyah

Hopetoun – Lake Lascelles We pulled into Lake Lascelles thinking that we would stay for an overnighter but it is so nice here that we decided to stay for 4. Donation only again but everything you need. There is power if you need it for a fee but we manage without it. They also have alternative accommodation if you like in the form of Wheat Silos as per the photo. You know you are in wheat country when you can live in a wheat silo. Harvesting is being done in earnest here at the moment and trucks and harvesters are everywhere. The lake...

Feb 10, 2013 - Nyah

Today we left our overnight stop and headed to Nyah (only about 85kms along the road) which we were going to try and get to last night, but didn't. When we arrived we found that there is a fishing competition that is finishing at noon, so i think it was lucky we didn't come last night as there were a lot of guys camped in the area and it may of been very noisy.
