This morning we went and mustered 60 head of cattle. I went on horseback and rode Molly again. It was incredible! The first five paddocks we sweeped didn't have any cattle in them, but then once we found the cows we just led the mob between dams (so they can get a drink and mother up the calves and cows) and back to the cattle yards. If you're at the back of the mob you ride really close and whistle and yell to keep them moving, and if there was a calf going really slowly Molly would bite them. Dec 10, 2009 - Horse Riding + Quad Biking/Bruce Willis

So this morning after a 6am start we went out to the farm and saddled up the horses. I was riding a horse called Molly and she was a really good, keen horse. As we're mustering the cattle tomorrow we rode the route we're going to muster backwards. It was really good fun, the horses go slow down the hills and run off up the hills. When we got back to the farm we hosed them down to cool them off and fed them before going to the main house on motorbike for lunch. Lunch was another barbeque with salad and then we have an hours nap in the air...
