Hi, We took a while to leave Roses as Gav and Gaye came over and Gav was full of his jokes. The good news was that Lorraine and Ken were on their way back from Rockhampton and nothing nasty has been found. We stopped at Blackall to do some grocery shopping, had lunch in the park and then headed to Tambo. Picked our spot at Stubby Point free camp and Barry parked so that we could get out quickly if the forecast rain happened. We sat outside reading for a while and then watched the sky get darker. May 14, 2012 - Wandilla Station, Music in the Mulga

10th May 2012 The drive from Cunamulla is on good roads, but the last 15 km from Eulo to Wandilla Station is bone shaking corrugations, but it was worth every bump. Music in the Mulga was amazing, the camp area was huge and there were showers and toilets available and good drinking water from the bores. The first couple of days were laid back with all of the entertainers joining in with everybody and generally having a great time. We caught up with Rod Dowset and his wife, Shelley again. Jazzabout Trip 2012

May 5, 2009 - Eulo

Eulo: 5th May. We departed the tourist park early in the morning and stopped in St George for some last minute shopping in preparation for little or no available shopping for the next 10 days. We travelled on the Balonne Highway toward Cunnamulla. There were many kilometres of straight road, a variety of bush trees (such as mulga and ironbark), low grasses and iron coloured soil.
