Today was my last day at rehab! I left with a t-shirt and 4 pages of exercises to continue doing. While I got my knee bent to the minimum of 120 degrees, I cannot extend it to 0 degrees. I have been at -4 for a few weeks now and am getting concerned that I won't get there. Tuesday, the PT person (Diane) noticed that I walk with my right foot facing out to the right too much. When I walk with it straight ahead, I feel pigeon-toed. Today, while doing calf stretches, she noticed that when my foot is straight ahead, my knee is turned to the left! She worked all my leg muscles really hard, hoping they relax enough to make my leg straighten out. It didn't. I wonder if my years long problems with my right foot are due to the fact that my right leg is crooked!
