| We spent a good few hours wandering around the castle and it's walls today.
We took advantage of the audio whatsit that told us all about the occurences over the years. Even saw the Magna Carta which is on display (one of the 4 remaining original copies) It was surprisingly very small - one expects a large legal document, but no. Photography was forbidden so couldn't get a pic.
This prison Chapel was interesting and unique. It was copied at Port Arthur, Tasmania - supposedly the only 2 of it's kind.
You can just see the bow of TranQuill in the marina - taken from the tower of the castle.
This old building spans the river Witham which runs through the Lincoln Marina Pool.
