Deportation plaque

From the days that d'Orsay was a train station

There are plaques all over Paris showing previous homes of Jews and their deportation (to concentration camps) dates. We didn't go looking for them but were halted in our steps when we came across one. On one is engraved "Louis and Marie Louise Mandin arrested on November 25, 1941 and died in deportation." On the one in the train station-museum is engraved "From the station of Paris directed to the camps... Never forget."
