El Camino - Day 29

Maximum elevation = 392m, minimum and finishing elevation = 256m. 2 - 13 degrees. Overcast, sunny at times.

We did it!!!! We walked from St Jean Pied de Port to Santiago de Compostela. Just under 800km. An amazing adventure. Today another amazing day. Arrived 11am, first person we saw - j that we met yesterday. He kindly took our photos and explained where we needed to go to get our compostlas. Went to pilgrim mass in the cathedral and were blessed to have the

Bontafumeiro swing at the end of mass.

After lunch spent 2 hours queueing for our Compostelas (not so much fun).

A huge dinner out and caught up with S1 who finished yesterday. A big thanks to S2 who shouted an extraordinary dinner.

BUT, it's not quite over yet. Tomorrow we walk to 'the end of the world ' Finisterre. Another 3 days to finalise the journey.

Today's distance = 11.5km

Total distance = 790km

Yellow VW count: S - 2, T - 1, S2 - 1 (OMG! The lads are playing our game)
