Leaving The Canadian Rockies Behind As We Set Off For The Georgian...

Crazy New Transport Inside The Calgary International Airport

We had decided that we didn’t want a direct flight from Vancouver to Gatwick, England with Westjet, thinking it would be good to break up the journey into segments instead of one long flight. For that reason, we left Victoria, flew to Calgary (instead of Vancouver), on to Toronto and then over the pole to Gatwick.

We thought it would be good to put our Business Class Lounge pass to good use, but in hindsight, I think it would have been better to have only one stop in Vancouver instead of the two stops. You’d think we’d know better with all the flying we’ve done in our lives!
