Japan Northern Kyushu 2017 travel blog

ACROS, Fukuoka Symphony Hall in autumn.

Bye, bye Fukuoka

Until next time

Fukuoka Sat 2nd Dec. 3.8-13°C clear&sunny

Brisbane Sun 3rd Dec. 22-28°C 90% chance of rain.

Had a quick look around Tenjin, walked through the amazing ACROS building, then took a taxi to Hakata International. Past the check-in counters, before security, there's a great Asahi souvenir store for those small last minute gifts. Mostly made in Japan, and not overly marked up prices. They have some really expensive jewellery as well, I can't vouch for the value of these.

Korean air displayed their efficiency by sqeezing in a meal and a drink on our one hour flight to Seoul. We were worrying about the transfer at Seoul, but we had two hours to transfer this time. As luck would have it our onward flight left from the same terminal.

Once we were ensconced in comfy chairs, KAL then changed the gate *sigh*. It was not far away, thank goodness. Flight was good to BNE, dinner and breakfast were great economy class airline food. Wandering stewards kept us hydrated throughout the journey.

Taxi. Home. Sleep. See you next time ^_^
