When we were on the west coast one of the Parks had a sign, saying not to drink the water. Then when we were at Triabunna a local man said not to drink the water anywhere near the forest plantations, which are everywhere.

We do have a filter on our tank, but must admit I haven’t been feeling great the last couple of days, and am blaming the water, think I will go with bottled water as Ann is. We thought Tassie water would be clean, maybe not.

The sun came out around 9am so decided to do a couple of the walks. David and Ann climbed Mt Amos to look over Wineglass Bay. Ann found it a challenge, but beautiful views.

Noel and I walked up to the Lighthouse, an easy walk with beautiful views. Then on to do the walk to Sleepy Bay, this was more challenging, the old saying “ what goes down must come up “ applied. It was well worth the effort. The “Beach “ consisted of tiny stones, large rock formations, cliffs and waves crashing onto the rocks. That walk took longer than was stated, don’t think they take into account “ Dawn walking up hill “ time.

Love Dawn
