Farewell Dinner, Chicken and Mashed Potatoes

Long day in the bus. I did not realize how mountainous it would be and did not use my patch and got car sick.

We went through Tetouan, then north to Tangier, where we picked up the big highway. We had lunch in Rabat, the Capitol, and drove past the King's residential palace. Then we followed the coast to Casablanca around 4:30, drove by Rick's American Cafe, and the 3rd largest mosque in the world, the King Hassan II Mosque. We took a group photo there and spent 45 minutes photographing.

We went to the Hyatt to spend the night. We had a nice dinner of chicken and mashed potatoes (with 3 potato chips stuck in the mashed potatoes) in the Moroccan restaurant there. We are all leaving at different times... three at 10:00 pm, one at 3;30 am, some later. I leave at 4:15.
