Breakfast view

Bridge from the hotel

Our little helicopter

From the air

Sleep in today... been a long time coming.

Off to breakfast and what a spread. Only once before, in Thailand, have we had this. Champagne, cheeses, smoked salmon, baked hams, many types of pastries and breads plus all the usual brekkie stuff. I didn't partake today but I might have a champagne tomorrow. And what a view!!! Unbelievable. On our walk around to Jungle Junction where breakfast is served we walked past monkeys, warthogs and mongoose, less than 5m from us.

Our activity today was the helicopter trip over the Falls. Just Garry and I (and the pilot) in the helicopter. Never been in one before so not sure what to expect. Birds Eye view and our South African pilot gave us an extra circuit cos we weren't Kiwis (they beat South Africa in the rugby apparently). Amazing experience and well worth the money. Sept is not the wet season so the falls weren't at full flow but still beautiful.

Back to town, popped in to a relaxation salon where Garry had a massage and I got a manicure. Tough life, but someone has to do it!

Home to the hotel for a relax by the pool before dressing for dinner. We had dinner at the hotel tonight, at Jungle Junction, for an amazing buffet of everything. Entertained by a troupe of African tribal performers, not bad but thought they could smile a bit more with a little more enthusiasm. Lovely evening, feeling very posh here.
