September 24 – Visit Waterfalls and Lunch at Becky’s
During the beautiful morning with no smoke or snow, we visited several waterfalls near our campground.
Just up the road is Becky’s Restaurant noted for the pies but should also be known for their stew. It was the best stew ever. The restaurant was built in 1922 as a wagon stop between the Rouge River Valley and Crater Lake.
Tomorrow morning, we will head southwest for the northern California Coast to the Redwoods National and State Parks.
