Our last day was once again a day at sea. We spent the day meandering down the Inside Passage to reach Vancouver. At times the coastal mountains were far away and other times we had to slow down to pick our way through small islands. It was a great way to end a spectacular experience. I hate to use the old phrase but it certainly applies. This was an once in a life time experience. Everywhere we went the locals would say that they have never seen such beautiful clear skies. The captain, not Steve, even remarked that most of the the passengers don't get to see Hubbard Glacier. Maybe that is why he did a donut.
This trip has given me so many fond memories that will last a long, long time. I hope you have enjoyed traveling with me virtually. The trip did not end yet. The six of us continued to travel together to Vancouver Island and Vancouver. We all said goodbye in Vancouver.
Steve and I are now traveling in the RV. We are heading to Jasper, Banff, and who knows where else. If you want to continue to follow our travels I am going to try and keep posting updates. It will all depend upon the availability of internet. Thanks for following so far.
