Pebble Beach Shore Line

Three wonderful days in the Monterey area. The only campground was at the local Elks Lodge. There are seven RVs in here right now. It worked perfectly because this is real close to everything. We spent the first day driving the scenic 17 mile drive around Pebble Beach seeing the coast, golf courses and the beautiful houses. Our next trip took us to the wharf on Monterey Bay where we purchased fresh Dungeness crab and shrimp that Jeanne turned into a delicious dinner. We went to Carmel by the sea for lunch yesterday and walked (up and down hills) through all the shops. Our last trip here took us to the Cannery Row area on the bay. This used to be where the ships unloaded their fish and it was prepared for shipments. Now it is a whole area of hotels, shops, restaurants. A great place to shop and spend a day. Getting ready now to head north toward San Francisco
