Kathryn's country garden

And a bit more

And again

And some more

After a bit of a sleep-in this morning, and after Ian had done some running repairs to the van (we had discovered that we acquired a leak in the roof via the TV antenna inlet after the storm at Swan Reach), we were back at Kathryn’s at about 11am. Whilst I had a load of washing on the go, the boys went off to inspect Lloyds (Darrell’s brother) incredibly large shed which is Ian’s dream, and Kathryn and I had a wander around her garden, which is really very pretty and my dream!

Kathryn, Darrell, Ian and I went up to Mt Eccles (another extinct volcano in this area) for a picnic lunch, then as Kathryn had to work a late shift, Ian and came back to the van and spent a quiet couple of hours before heading back to Kathryn’s to get washing off the line and have a 4 o’clock beer with Darell. We were back at the van by about 5.30 in time to take the dogs for game of frisbee and a run on the oval (they had been very good today as we left them in their crates at the van both times we went up to Kathryn’s so as to avoid any kind of dog conflict with Kathryn’s dogs) before dinner.
