Picking up the goodies


Today Izzy and Theo did a Chocolate Workshop. They started with the Peruvian cocao bean and prepared it right through to handmade chocolates. They also made and consumed lots of different types of chocolate drinks and teas.

We are now sampling the chocolates and Phill is recovering from one made specifically for him by Theo with three teaspoons of chilli!
