Reverting Falls

Saint Andrews

City Market

Dulse

Digby pines Resort

breakfast again at the hotel. Today it is very foggy and damp outside making it very cool. After breakfast we boarded the bus and shopped downtown Saint Andrews for an hour. Heading this morning for Saint John we stopped along the way to view the"Reversing Falls" on the Bay of Fundy. It was so foggy when we got to the reversing falls that we could not even see the the other side. Photos not good. We arrived in Saint John, New Brunswick for lunch. Off the bus we headed to The City Market. This is a market inside for vendors to sell their goods fruits, veggies, pastry's, just about anything you would want to buy. Seeing yummy pastry's this is what we bought to have for lunch. We took them to the city park to eat. Yum yum yum!! I tried some seaweed at the market called Dulse. It was terrible!! Irma would not try it. Boarding a catamaran Ferry we ferried 2hrs to Digby where we are stayed at the Digby Pines Resort in Nova Scotia. Cocktails at 6:30pm, then a demonstration by a local fisherman who explained the process of Digby scallops, introduction to Nova Scotian music, then dinner was served. I had Digby scallops, carrot soup, salad, and desert. Irma had the same except she had steak. Food was great ! Room was so HOT! We complained and all they did was bring us a fan!! First bad room we've had the trip.
